William Carey University was badly damaged by the tornado that swept through our city a few weeks ago. As a result, many students and faculty suffered valuable losses. Our community has come together in a big way to help support William Carey through this time, through various ways. One of the ways Toyota of Hattiesburg and Hattiesburg Cars served, was by donating $50 for each vehicle that we sold during the month of January. Thanks to our customers, we were thrilled to be able to donate $12,500 to the college.

We had another opportunity to help this weekend, by participating in the Golf Day for Carey on Friday, March 3. Each of the four best golf courses in Hattiesburg hosted a tournament to help raise money, including Hattiesburg Country Club, Shadow Ridge Golf Club, Canebrake Country Club, and Timberton Golf Club. Our team, consisting of Brandon Tisdale, Garrett Holloway, Drew Womack, and Justin Boler, had a great time!
