35th Annual Hattiesburg Memorial Day Service
WHEN: Monday, May 28 at 9 a.m.
WHERE: Veterans Memorial Park in Downtown Hattiesburg
More than 173 Hattiesburg residents have given their last full measure of devotion in the service of the United States and the 35th Annual Hattiesburg Memorial Day Service is the perfect time and place to remember that sacrifice, say thank you and honor those men and women. Join veterans and local residents this Memorial Day at Veterans Memorial Park for the commemorative service. This service will include a keynote address, the playing of Taps, a selection of patriotic music, a formal salute and the reading of the names of each Hattiesburg veteran who has sacrificed.
